“Total Care was established more than a decade ago and has ISO 9001, ISO 18001 . From the very beginning we knew the direction of our long term future. We began oﬀering cleaning services for facilities across the UAE. Our formula was simple, "Your Facility.. Our Responsibility". The rapid growth in our customer base lead to the evolution of our business. We then expanded our services to oﬀer full facilities management. Our core values and systematic approach contributed to our success in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Rooted in a Finance education, Imad takes a revolutionary approach to Facility Management in all areas of his work to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and perfection in service delivery. Imad’s leadership skills have played a central role in enhancing our organization’s reputation in the market, predominantly by exploring opportunities and identifying unique ways that Total Care can add value.

Alaa Dajani

Alaa has extensive and varied experience in business and project management. His leadership and dynamic approach provides Total Care with the vision necessary to ensure that the company maintains excellence in its operational controls. Alaa’s leadership skills have played a central role in enhancing our organization’s reputation in the market, predominantly by exploring opportunities and identifying the unique ways that Total Care can add value.

Aboud Abu Gharbieh

Managing Director - Amman

Aboud possesses 29 years of extensive experience engaged in management, monitoring and evaluation, procurement and business development while maximizing utilization of resources. Throughout his last position as the General Manager of a regional Facilities Management company, he is leading the strategical positioning and growth of the group covering more than 8 domains/sectors such as leisure, commercial, residential, diplomatic, airport, hospital, military …etc.
